SECTION A-1

THE BLUEPRINT

The Blueprint is more than a book, it's a movement captured in print. Born from the hills of Tennessee and the heart of lived experience, The Blueprint reveals how one man's vision grew from a single Facebook post into Hustle Recovery, a statewide recovery ecosystem transforming how communities respond to addiction, homelessness, and reentry.

Through powerful storytelling and practical design, Troy Sandifer, founder and CEO of Hustle Recovery, Inc., lays out a step by step framework for building programs that work, from respite housing and outpatient treatment to vocational rehabilitation, workforce partnerships, and recovery housing certification. But beyond logistics and policy, The Blueprint is a deeply human story of second chances, brotherhood, and the relentless pursuit of purpose.

With sections tailored for people in recovery, community leaders, funders, and innovators, The Blueprint bridges the gap between inspiration and implementation. It demonstrates how compassion, structure, and accountability can rebuild not just lives but entire communities.

This is the roadmap for anyone ready to heal, to build, and to believe again.

ABOUT THE FOUNDER

Troy Sandifer is the founder and CEO of Hustle Recovery, Inc., a Tennessee based organization that has reimagined what recovery, redemption, and rebuilding truly mean.

Raised in struggle and shaped by the streets, Troy knows firsthand the weight of addiction, incarceration, and the long road back. A convicted felon who continues to serve his sentence while leading one of Tennessee's fastest growing recovery organizations has turned every obstacle into evidence that transformation is possible. His story isn't one of luck, it's one of relentless faith, purpose, and grit.

Through Hustle Recovery, Troy has built an ecosystem that includes respite housing, outpatient treatment, vocational rehabilitation, and sober living communities all designed to give others the same second chance he fought for. Today, he works alongside treatment centers, universities, employers, and policymakers to create pathways for people to rebuild their lives with dignity and direction.
